Army+ launched a training course on the DELTA combat system
The Ministry of Defence has launched a basic training course on the DELTA combat system in the "Army+" application. This is stated in a statement from the defense department.
The course provides basic knowledge of working in a combat ecosystem, which helps the Defenсe Forces have a complete picture of the battlefield, plan operations, and coordinate the work of units.
It introduces military personnel to the principles of working in DELTA, provides practical instructions on using its main modules, and explains how to effectively use the system when performing tasks.
The Ministry of Defenсe explained that among the course topics are working with maps in DELTA Monitor, terrain analysis, planning UAV missions in Mission Control, working with targets in Target Hub, combat video analysis in Vezha, as well as the basics of secure communication using Nextcloud.
"DELTA gathers and analyses data from various sources, enabling every service member to have an accurate operational picture and act faster and in a coordinated manner. Training through the Army+ app will enable thousands of service members to quickly master the system, use its analytical capabilities and situational awareness tools, and coordinate actions on the battlefield," said Deputy Minister of Defence Yurii Myronenko.
The department noted that the course consists of 11 modules and over 50 practical lessons that cover the full cycle of work in the DELTA ecosystem. To consolidate knowledge, intermediate tests and a final exam are provided.
In total, as of now, 16 training courses are available in Army+. More than 140 thousand military personnel are training in the application.
By the way, in May 2025, a course dedicated to ground robotic complexes was launched in the application. It contains 11 video lessons that cover the main aspects of using UGVs: their types, integration into combat units, maintenance, and operator training.
