The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has codified the Kolibri 13 FR1 repeater carrier, developed by TAF Industries at the request and in cooperation with the Darknode division of the Unmanned Systems Forces, according to a company press release.
“The Kolibri 13 FR1 improves the radio horizon in difficult terrain and terrain. That is, if the enemy is sitting behind a waste dump, behind three landings or in a dense urban area where the signal for a shock kamikaze does not penetrate, the pilot raises the Kolibri 13 “retrick” and transmits the signal to the square where the radio signal is needed,” explains a representative of TAF Industries.
The company adds that in the event of loss of communication with the operator, the carrier of the Kolibri 13 FR1 repeater automatically returns to its launch area.

The device supports two operating modes — day and night, with a separate board provided for each mode.
The delivery package includes a carrier with a repeater and optical stabilization, batteries, antennas for control and video transmission, as well as packaging — a case or backpack. If necessary, you can order a version with two sides and a ground control station. Operator training lasts one day.
The Kolibri 13 FR1 repeater carrier can be used “out of the box”, and the deployment time is an average of 5 minutes.
