The DOT-Chain Defence marketplace is being scaled up to purchase defense goods for the needs of the National Guard of Ukraine, Defense Minister Denys Shmyhal announced.

According to him, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution to launch the relevant experimental project.

"Now, military units of the National Guard will be able to order through the marketplace and quickly receive drones, ground robotic complexes, electronic warfare equipment, and components," added Denys Shmyhal.

The Minister of Defense emphasized that DOT-Chain Defence has proven itself well in providing support to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 130 brigades have gained access to it, which are using new capabilities.

In early October, the Director of the Defense Procurement Agency, Arsen Zhumadilov, announced that the Agency plans to transfer 70% of state procurement of FPV drones, heavy bombers, and reconnaissance UAVs to the DOT-Chain Defence system within six months.

DOT-Chain Defence is a service of the Ministry of Defense that allows the military to order drones directly from the manufacturer, without waiting for numerous approvals from the General Staff and the Ministry of Defense.
