The Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to deploy the official military personnel registration system "Impulse". In the second stage, the system is being implemented in army corps, the Ministry of Defence reports.
Within the second wave of the "Impulse" deployment, the system covers more than 100 units in all army corps . It is noted that 40% of units have already prepared data on servicemen for further loading into the system.
According to the Ministry of Defence, the 10th, 18th, and 15th Army Corps demonstrate the best pace of transition to Impulse.
"We took into account the feedback and inconveniences that arose during the deployment in the Air Assault Forces of Ukraine, so the transition of army corps to "Impulse" is happening faster. This is an important step towards a single authorized accounting system in the Armed Forces, where every decision is based on accurate and complete data," said Oksana Ferchuk, Deputy Minister of Defence for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization.
To implement and deploy the digital accounting system, teams from the Ministry of Defence and the Center for Scaling Technological Solutions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were involved, who received feedback and comments from users.
"We are the first among the corps to prepare the data and are ready to move on to daily work in Impulse. We are implementing a single, orderly and convenient accounting of people in each unit," noted Lieutenant Colonel Svitlana Lozinska, chief specialist of the administrative department of the headquarters of the 10th Army Corps.
According to the Ministry of Defence, information in Impulse is protected, and the system has a clear separation of access and role management. In addition, each unit works only with the data of its servicemen.
In the future, "Impulse" will become the basic platform for digital accounting of military personnel in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and based on this system, new services will appear in the "Army+" application, the Medical Information System, and other solutions.
Previously, "Impulse" was already launched for daily work in the first units of the Air Assault Forces. The digital system forms orders for the combat unit, records vacations, business trips, appointments to positions, assignment of ranks, and other events related to military service.
